Pull Weeds         

It is very simple to pull weeds.As stated .... you must know what is a weed and what is not, that is the most important part of the job.If you know,you can lift them with a hoe when the ground is damp to get all the roots.

If you have not a hoe, you can get a weed knife.First of all,grasp the foliage of the weed with one hand,and secondly,insert a weed knife into the soil, alongside the dandelion root, with your other hand. Then,Rotate the weed knife to locate and loosen the root from the surrounding soil.Finally, you can pull out the weeds.

Your pay should be determined on the amount of weeding to be done,It depends on how many weeds,how lomg you work etc.If I were to hire you I would probably start at $6.00-10.00 hr. If you did a good job and weeds did not reappear quickly and you did a good clean up after, I would probably give you a raise! I would also consider whether or not you were on schedule and the temps you had to work in. If the temps were unseasonably high and you were working mostly in the sun, I would pay you a bonus that day.
